Dental Implant Accelerated Outcome and Oral-Systemic Health Study

ABSTRACT

Background

Edentulism and advanced dental failure significantly impact mastication, nutrition, quality of life, and systemic health markers that could lead to moderate to advanced disease. Full-arch implant rehabilitation has demonstrated significant dental functional outcomes; however, prospective long-term data evaluating the mouth, body connection and improved health outcomes remain limited if not nonexistent. Further, data on the ethics and outcomes involved in specialized minimally invasive, bone-preserving protocols, although being practiced, also remains limited.

Objective

To evaluate clinical, radiographic, and patient-reported outcomes in individuals undergoing full-arch implant rehabilitation using a structured, specialist-led surgical protocol combined with measured medical evaluations to prove a link between treatment and potential health and mental health improvements due to full-arch care.

Methods

This prospective observational outcomes study enrolls qualified adult participants requiring full-arch implant therapy. Participants receive comprehensive evaluation, guided surgical placement, and structured follow-up assessments. Data will be collected to evaluate health and wellness changes, implant stability, bone preservation, healing timelines, and patient-reported quality-of-life measures.

Conclusion (Intended)

This study aims to contribute meaningful real-world data regarding health factors for patients undergoing a specific minimally invasive full-arch rehabilitation and the impact on dental function and patient wellness outcomes including possible disease profiles and improvements.

Study Overview

Prospective observational clinical outcomes study. This is not an experimental device trial. All implants and materials used are FDA-cleared and standard of care.

Study Population:

Adults with multiple failing or missing teeth who are candidates for full-arch implant rehabilitation with certain dental and medical markers.

Intervention

Participants will undergo:
• Comprehensive diagnostic evaluation (CBCT imaging, digital planning)
• Full-arch implant placement using a bone-preserving protocol
• Immediate or staged provisionalization as clinically indicated
• Final prosthetic restoration
• Structured post-operative follow-up

Data Collection Parameters

The following outcomes will be evaluated:
• Patient recovery
• Radiographic bone levels
• Soft tissue healing
• Functional restoration (mastication)
• Patient-reported quality-of-life metrics
• Patient medical changes or improvements

PARTICIPATION CRITERIA

Inclusion Criteria

Participants may qualify if they:
• Require full-arch implant rehabilitation
• Are medically stable for oral surgery with certain health metrics
• Consent to structured follow-up visits
• Agree to de-identified data collection

Exclusion Criteria

May include:
• Uncontrolled systemic disease
• Conditions contraindicating implant therapy
• Inability to commit to follow-up schedule

Final eligibility determined by clinical screening.

PARTICIPANT CONSIDERATIONS

Qualified participants may receive treatment at a study-supported fee in exchange for:
• Structured follow-up compliance
• Completion of outcome questionnaires
• Consent for de-identified data usage

Ethics & Safety

• All treatment performed by licensed dental specialists
• Standard implant systems and materials
• Comprehensive informed consent required
• De-identified data only
• Participants retain full autonomy in care decisions

This study does not involve experimental drugs or devices.

Intended Outcomes

This study is designed to evaluate:
1. Bone preservation under minimally invasive protocols
2. Functional restoration outcomes
3. Patient-reported quality-of-life improvement
4. Patient health results/survey/improvements

The intended contribution is to expand practical clinical data regarding positive medical improvements from full full-arch rehabilitation. The data is intended to work with medical healthcare benefit providers to understand the pandemic related need of full-arch care in America and the cost gap for quality surgical care.

REQUEST SCREENING & STUDY PARTICIPATION

Individuals interested in participating may request a clinical screening to determine eligibility.

Full-Arch Outcomes Registry (FAOR) A PRACTICE-BASED CLINICAL OUTCOMES INITIATIVE

The Full-Arch Outcomes Registry was established to evaluate clinical and patient-reported outcomes in full-arch implant rehabilitation performed under specialist supervision.

FAOR ensures standard of care including no experimental devices and dental board approved treatment protocols.

Participating Clinical Sites:
Dental specialty centers with documented experience in full-arch rehabilitation.

Oversight:
The registry operates under a defined protocol and structured data governance policy.
